Qualia Tulum Resilience Project is an independent, artist-run ceramic residency in the Mayan jungle of Tulum, Mexico. Hosting one artist at a time, Qualia provides a quiet, immersive environment for research, experimentation, and making, with access to a rustic pottery wheel, a traditional wood-fired brick kiln, and simple jungle accommodations. Rooted in craftsmanship, ecological awareness, and slow creative practice, the residency invites artists to develop new work in close dialogue with the landscape, local materials, and the transformative process of clay and fire.
