Qualia Tulum is inviting innovators, creators, and visionaries to join our Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Program—a unique opportunity to live, work, and contribute to a growing community focused on sustainability, creativity, and self-sufficiency. As we transition from tourism dependence toward a resilient, community-driven economy, we are looking for passionate individuals to help build and expand entrepreneurial ventures.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal Entrepreneurs in Residence are resourceful, hands-on individuals with expertise or interest in:
• Sustainability: Permaculture, renewable energy, low-impact living.
• Artisanal Crafts: Fashion design, ceramics, or innovative art forms.
• Tech and Trade: Digital tools, blockchain, sustainable e-commerce.
• Wellness & Food: Farm-to-table projects, superfoods, or experimental gastronomy.
Your Role as an EIR
As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will:
• Develop Ventures: Build and test projects that align with Qualia’s vision of sustainability and community resilience (e.g., craft studios, mushroom labs, digital marketplaces).
• Collaborate: Work alongside a diverse group of creatives and professionals to share ideas and foster innovation.
• Contribute to Community Life: Balance entrepreneurship with participation in the daily rhythms of jungle life, from communal meals to skill-sharing workshops.
